If you use the DartVision app, you want your data to be handled carefully and not to end up with just about anyone. And rightfully so. That's why we take your privacy seriously.
It's also important to us that you understand what data we collect and what we do with it. We have therefore written down our privacy policy as clearly as possible.
Our goal is to make the best darts app possible and we can only do that together with you! We therefore ask for the minimum amount of personal data so that we are able to contact you for feedback and possibly keep you informed about updates and innovations to the DartVision app.

1. When does this privacy policy apply?
This privacy policy applies when you use the DartVision app or website.
2. Who is responsible for your data?
DartVision (KVK 76795608) is responsible for managing your data. This data is not shared with third parties. The only exception to this is the sharing of your data with Google Analytics for the purpose of analyzing and improving the app, more on this under point 6 of our privacy policy.
3. What data does DartVision collect?
Account information: this is the information you provide when you create a DartVision account, such as:

App, browser and device information: Once you use the app and website, we store the following technical data:

- - Technical information on error messages and load times

Usage data: when you use the app and website, we store the following data:
- The pages and screens you view in the app or on the website
- Data for the purpose of registering your darts matches.
- Behaviors in the use of the app, such as the number of times a particular button is pressed or the duration of an entry.

4. How long and how do we keep your data?
DartVision stores your personal information in a secure environment that is accessible only by the designated privacy administrator. Details of DartVision's privacy administrator can be found on our website.
DartVision does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. Personal data is kept and processed when the user has indicated his/her agreement with the privacy statement.
5. What rights do you have regarding your data?
As a DartVision user, you have several rights and options to control how DartVision handles your data. Below you can read more about these rights and how to exercise them.
You may request access to the personal information DartVision uses about you. Most data, such as your account information, can be viewed in the DartVision app. If this is not sufficient, you can also contact us to request additional access.
You can delete your account and your data through the DartVision app. Go to your 'Settings' and select 'Delete your data'. We will then delete or anonymize your personal data, unless we have a legal reason to keep your data longer, for example to comply with tax retention periods. Historical data collected with Google Analytics (Firebase) cannot be deleted. However, no new data will be collected with Google Analytics (Firebase) after deleting your account.
Please note that deleting an account is final and we cannot restore your account.
You can easily change your information in the DartVision app on the 'Settings' page.
Perhaps you are unhappy with how we handle your data. If so, we want to see what we can do about it. So please feel free to contact us at info@dartvision.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In the case of DartVision, that is the Personal Data Authority or the competent supervisor in the country in which you use DartVision services.
6. Google analytics
DartVison uses Google Analytics (Firebase) to track how users use the app.
The information thus obtained, including the digital address of your phone (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Please read Google's privacy policy for more information. You will also find Google Analytics' privacy policy here.
Google uses this information to track how the app is used in order to provide reports about the app to DartVision.
Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on Google's behalf. DartVision has no influence on this.
DartVision has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through the DartVision app for other Google services.

8. Can this privacy policy be changed?
From time to time it may be necessary for us to change this privacy policy. If we want to make substantive changes to the way we process personal data, for example if we want to collect new types of personal data or process the data for new purposes, we will inform you first.
